Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Working Hours: Morning to Afternoon, Afternoon to evening shift (with potential for weekend availability)

Role Summary:

District Flowers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to support clients with their wholesale flower purchases. This role is central to ensuring a seamless customer journey, from flower selection to final packaging, while maintaining product quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and wholesale clients in the showroom

• Offer tailored recommendations on flower types, seasonal availability, and pairing options

• Handle and maintain flowers in a chiller room environment

• Clean, trim, and wrap flower bunches according to customer specifications

• Ensure proper labeling, bundling, and handling of flowers for client orders

• Support invoicing, inventory tracking, and CRM entries as needed

• Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to fulfill daily orders

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and workstations

• Assist in occasional social media content creation or on-camera presence if required

Qualifications:

• Saudi National (required, with full GOSI registration under District Flowers)

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or admin roles (preferred)

• Passion for flowers, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Willingness to work in cool storage environments

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic required, English a plus)

• Basic knowledge of floral types and handling (training will be provided)

Preferred Traits:

• Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation

• Comfortable being on camera for content, when needed

• Flexible to work on weekends or extended hours during high-demand periods

• Positive attitude, dependable, and proactive in solving customer concerns

Cashire to be in charge of assigned store in his/her shift,
Duties are as follows but not limited to:
* professionally advertise for services and goods to maintain daily- monthly sails target
* follow up with finished goods and customers requests.
* monitor shop’s phone for customers inquiries.
*clearly deliver clients recuested services to the technician.
*monitor store stock of bags and goods.
* thouroghly understand the services and good to be ablento advertise to customers.
*Cooperate with team members to achive organizational goals.
*English language is essential to be able to communicate with Expats and non arabic speakers technicians.
