Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front counter customer service and cashier services to patients.
• Receive cash, issue receipts, and post cash receipts to the accounting system.
• Process cash refunds for insurance patients when medications are unavailable.
• Segment types of prescriptions as per contract terms and send to the business center daily.
• Develop and coordinate the Quality Improvement Program within your area of responsibility.
• Maintain a clean working environment and represent the department in a professional manner.
• Adhere to the Dress and Appearance Code and follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
• Engage in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs, reporting incidents as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience, including cash management.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures and policies.
• Handle daily cash transactions, process expense claims payments, and issue cash advances.
• Prepare daily cash transaction reports for review by the Finance Manager.
• Verify transaction accuracy and ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
• Control all receipts from the Jumeirah Village Mini Market and coordinate cash deposit procedures.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Finance department.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
