About the Role

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. Ltd. is seeking a Cashier to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring all company payments are accurately received, recorded, and deposited in a timely and transparent manner, adhering strictly to AJVA policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive cash payments from customers, coordinate with the sales department, and ensure the correct amount is received.
• Prepare all required documentation for cash payments in accordance with AJVA policies and procedures, maintaining a customer-friendly approach.
• Receive finance cheques from banks, commercial companies, and lease customers, ensuring all relevant documents are completed and collected for timely deposit.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of all payments received and deposited.
• Verify all documentation pertaining to Petty Cash.
• Prepare documentation necessary to deposit cash and cheques, ensuring correct allocation to bank accounts according to established rules and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries, greeting and acknowledging customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide quick and responsive service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent work execution.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Finance is required.
• Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of experience as a Cashier.
• Experience within the automotive industry is preferred.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work within a structured environment, adhering to established company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
