About the Role

SAP Saudi Arabia is seeking a Chief Business Officer for the MEA-N Cluster. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement with an emphasis on profitability and revenue delivery across all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on profitability within the MEA-N Cluster.
• Align shared services resources to achieve profit targets.
• Act as a proxy for the Regional General Manager.
• Own revenue delivery across all customer segments, including software, cloud, and SSRS.
• Exceed Annual Operating Income and Customer Satisfaction targets.

Strategic Contributions

• Build scalable go-to-market assets and tools for deal road mapping and business planning.
• Deploy an enablement acceleration model, particularly in fast-growth markets.
• Drive the adoption of shared processes, including budgeting, expense management, and margin monitoring.
• Synthesize market signals, shape solution strategies, and translate insights into actionable plans to deliver customer value and business growth.

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead a regional organization where pace, accountability, and results are prioritized.
• Identify and develop successors within the organization.
• Build strong teams and foster effective coalitions.
• Maintain high employee satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitability and manage revenue delivery across diverse customer segments.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives.
• Proven leadership skills in managing regional organizations and developing talent.
