About the Role: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Aroma City Group is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its commercial strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi Nationals. The CCO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for business development, sales pipeline performance, strategic partnerships, and client retention across key market sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end commercial strategies to achieve target revenues, maximize profitability, and expand market share.
• Lead strategic business development, client acquisition, enterprise account management, and high-value tender/deal negotiations.
• Establish robust commercial KPIs, pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and pricing models to safeguard cash flow and margin health.
• Partner with the CEO, Board, and cross-functional leadership (Finance, Legal, Operations) to align commercial targets with corporate governance and budget frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial team focused on accountability, capability building, and sustained performance.
• Ensure all commercial activities, client contracts, and vendor agreements adhere strictly to Saudi regulatory standards and corporate governance guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 12 years of proven senior leadership experience within technology or tech-enabled corporate environments.
• Demonstrated success driving multi-million-SAR revenue pipelines, closing major enterprise contracts, and scaling client portfolios.
• Deep mastery of Saudi market dynamics, commercial contracting, complex pricing/bidding, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary for this role will be at market rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
