About the Role
360Solutions Company announces its need to fill the position of **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**. The incumbent of this position is responsible for leading and managing all financial aspects of the company, and developing financial strategies that support the achievement of strategic goals and sustainable growth, with a particular focus on the real estate development sector.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Preparing and implementing the company's financial strategy in line with growth and expansion plans and real estate development projects.
- Overseeing the preparation of annual and projected budgets, monitoring compliance, analyzing variances, and submitting recommendations to senior management.
- Managing the company's and projects' cash flows, ensuring the availability of liquidity for operational and development commitments.
- Overseeing the preparation of periodic and annual financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations.
- Monitoring the financial performance of real estate projects in terms of costs, expenses, revenues, margins, and profitability.
- Reviewing and approving project financing plans, and coordinating with banks and financing entities to obtain the necessary facilities.
- Overseeing the management of accounts, accounting entries, accounts receivable and payable, payments, collections, and fixed assets.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial feasibility studies for new projects, and evaluating their financial returns and risks.
- Developing financial policies and procedures and controls to ensure increased operational efficiency and reduced financial risks.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Zakat, tax, and financial regulations, and following up on declarations and related regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with external and internal auditors, and following up on audit requirements and closing out findings.
- Preparing financial reports and analyses supporting the decisions of senior management and the board of directors.
- Monitoring operational and capital expenditures, and ensuring their compliance with approved budgets and company plans.
- Managing financial risks, including liquidity, credit, cost, financing, and contractual risks.
- Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Supporting various departments with the necessary financial analyses for operational and investment decisions.
- Supervising the financial team and developing their performance, assigning tasks, and monitoring the quality of outputs.
- Contributing to the development of financial work systems, digital transformation, and integration with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Managing and monitoring banking and financing facilities, and coordinating with banks and financing entities to obtain the best financing solutions.
- Overseeing the management of investment or real estate funds related to the company's business, and monitoring their financial performance and commitments.
- Reviewing and monitoring the terms of banking facilities, including credit limits, financing costs, collateral, and repayment periods.
- Managing relationships with banks, financing companies, and fund managers.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports for funds and banking facilities, and submitting recommendations to senior management.
- Monitoring compliance with financial and contractual requirements for financing and funds.
Required Skills and Competencies
- High ability in financial planning and strategic analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with cash flow management, financing, and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze the feasibility of real estate projects and assess financial risks.

- Good understanding of financing structures, collateral, financial covenants, and debt scheduling.
- Ability to analyze financing costs and their impact on project profitability and cash flows.
- Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably with experience in systems like Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, or their equivalents.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems for managing entries, financial reports, accounts, payables, receivables, assets, and financial closing.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including pivot tables, financial formulas, data analysis, financial modeling, and report preparation.
- Ability to prepare financial models and feasibility studies and analyze costs and returns for real estate projects.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts at the company, project, and fund levels.
- Ability to use Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards, such as Power BI, Tableau, or their equivalents.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting systems and preparation of financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management applications and monitoring of liquidity, banking facilities, and financing commitments.
- Ability to analyze cost data, budgets, and financial variances using technical tools and financial systems.
- Proficiency in dealing with electronic banking platforms, payment and transfer systems, and monitoring banking facilities.
- Good knowledge of e-invoicing requirements, Zakat and tax systems, and related government platforms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to prepare professional executive presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel to support senior management and board of directors' decisions.
- Familiarity with document management and electronic archiving systems, especially for contracts, statements of work, guarantees, banking agreements, and project reports.
- Ability to develop financial models and internal control models, such as expenditure approval models, budget monitoring, claims management, and cash flow monitoring.
- Good knowledge of financial analysis and investment valuation tools such as NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis.
Financial Leadership and Oversight
The Chief Financial Officer leads the company's financial activities to ensure the soundness of the financial position, efficient resource management, and compliance with approved financial regulations and standards. This includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flows, financial reporting, cost management, financing, and internal control, to support senior management decisions and achieve the company's objectives in the real estate development sector.
