About the Role

Experts Group International is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading electronics manufacturing business in Riyadh. This full-time, hands-on leadership position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is crucial for driving the company's financial strategy, enhancing financial performance, and supporting future business growth. The role requires a strong finance professional with over 10 years of experience, particularly in cash flow management, financial restructuring, banking relationships, and strategic financial planning within a manufacturing context.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, controls, and compliance.
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and working capital optimization.
• Oversee financial restructuring initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Administer all banking facilities, financing arrangements, and debt negotiations.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting to executive leadership and the Board on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements, taxation, ZATCA regulations, and IFRS.
• Provide commercial and financial insights to inform operational and strategic decision-making.
• Lead risk management activities, identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting systems, and internal controls.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to enhance overall business financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Saudi ID card is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• A professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as CFO, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.
• A strong background within the manufacturing sector, ideally electronics, industrial, or engineering.
• Demonstrated experience leading business restructuring and transformation initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of cash flow management, treasury, working capital, and financial planning.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with banks, lenders, and external financial stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive-level business decisions.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience in building high-performing finance teams.
• Proficiency in IFRS, corporate governance, and Saudi financial regulations.
