About the Role

Dkhoon Emirates is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a hands-on executive to guide the company through significant transformation, enhance governance, and prepare for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The CFO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate closely with key stakeholders including shareholders, the Board of Directors, external advisors, auditors, investment banks, and regulatory authorities. This role is designed for a leader capable of transitioning an entrepreneurial organization into an institutional, publicly listed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and financial control operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement institutional budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Drive financial discipline and accountability across the organization.
  • Lead all finance-related workstreams for IPO preparation, coordinating with external auditors and financial advisors.
  • Support due diligence processes and prepare historical financial information for listing requirements.
  • Establish governance structures appropriate for a publicly listed company and develop investor-grade financial reporting.
  • Develop KPI dashboards for executive management and enhance profitability analysis by channel, product, geography, and customer.
  • Initiate and drive margin improvement initiatives and optimize inventory management and working capital performance.
  • Provide financial analytics to support pricing and commercial decision-making.
  • Upgrade finance processes and internal controls, and maximize the value of the SAP ERP platform.
  • Implement best-in-class finance policies and procedures and build scalable reporting capabilities.
  • Support acquisition opportunities through financial due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Evaluate capital allocation decisions and support banking relationships and financing activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning and long-term value creation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience is required.
  • Previous experience as a CFO or Deputy CFO in a medium-to-large organization is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience leading an IPO or preparing a company for public listing.
  • Experience managing finance teams of at least 30 professionals.
  • Experience within GCC markets.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Experience working with Big Four auditors.
  • Proven experience managing finance transformation projects.
  • Strong ERP experience, with a preference for SAP.
  • Comprehensive experience in budgeting, FP&A, treasury, financial control, tax, and reporting.
