The Role of Chief Operating Officer

Care Pay is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The COO will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to translate strategic objectives into scalable operations, improve customer experience, enhance efficiency, and ensure strong operational performance as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Technology, Business Operations, Customer Care, and Complaints Management functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Establish clear operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), service standards, and performance measures across all functions.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience, service quality, and effective complaint resolution.
• Identify and manage operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and business growth initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability across operational functions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
