Required Qualifications:
Saudi nationality
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience of at least 3 years in field work at construction sites
Good knowledge of the Saudi building code and technical specifications
Ability to read construction and execution plans
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Office
Communication skills and ability to work within a team
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Direct supervision of execution work on site according to approved plans and specifications
Monitoring contractors and labor to ensure quality of execution
Coordination with the consultant and subcontractors
Preparing daily and weekly reports on the progress of work on site
Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health procedures
Quantity surveying and monitoring executed works
Resolving technical issues that arise during execution
Ensuring adherence to the project schedule
