About the Civil Engineer Role

Alrashed Industrial is seeking a Civil Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of construction and maintenance for building structures and infrastructure, including roads, bridges, utilities, and industrial facilities. The Civil Engineer will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while adhering to all relevant regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise the construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, project specifications, and cost estimates.
• Review project plans to ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to verify quality and safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports and project documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in construction or civil engineering projects, typically ranging from 2 to 5 years.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms.
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations.
• Professional certification or licensure is preferred, where applicable.
