Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and ambitious Saudi civil engineer to supervise the implementation of field projects and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
The engineer will be responsible for following up daily site activities, coordinating with work teams and consultants, and ensuring compliance with schedules and quality and safety standards.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Supervision and Field Implementation:
Direct supervision of execution works on site according to approved plans.
Ensure compliance of works with technical specifications and contractual terms.
Monitor progress of works and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors and follow up their performance.

2. Site and Team Management:
Organize and distribute tasks among laborers and technicians on site.
Ensure availability of materials and equipment necessary for work progress.
Attend field meetings and submit periodic reports to management.

3. Quality and Safety:
Apply approved quality standards and control the quality of executed works.
Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health instructions on site.
Report any observations or potential hazards and take necessary measures.

4. Technical Works and Reports:
Review execution plans and drawings.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress.
Quantify executed quantities and coordinate with the technical department for approval.
Follow up on observations from the consultant and work on addressing them.


Qualifications and Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
Classified engineer by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Experience of no less than 3 years in contracting or construction projects.
Good knowledge of construction systems and Saudi codes.
Ability to read plans and engineering drawings accurately.
Proficient in using basic computer programs (AutoCAD, Excel, Word).
