Join Our Team as a Hostess at Rotana Hotels!
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience right from the moment guests arrive.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and seat them according to the seating chart.
  • Assist with taking reservations and managing the waiting list.
  • Provide menus and communicate daily specials to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the hostess station and lobby area.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of restaurant procedures is a plus.
