دار الرياض | Dar Al Riyadh is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing construction and infrastructure development for National Guard housing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all site work adheres to engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Role Overview

The Civil Site Engineer will focus on planning, designing, and supervising various phases of site work, from earthworks to utility installations. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering practices, site development, and military housing standards to ensure project execution meets all required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including grading, drainage, utility installations (water, sewer, electricity), and road works.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering roles.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices and site development.
• Familiarity with military housing standards is required.
