About the Client Advisor Role at Fendi

Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves providing an elevated customer experience, building client loyalty, and driving sales to meet and exceed store objectives. The role requires a dedicated individual passionate about luxury retail and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead individual sales efforts and achieve set performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
  • Deliver outstanding client service in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and cultivate a loyal Fendi customer base, utilizing CRM tools effectively.
  • Manage customer service quality to meet expectations through professionalism and a personalized approach.
  • Operate the retail IT system for tasks including stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
  • Support general store operations activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Fashion or Luxury sales.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • A strong passion for retail and current fashion trends.
