About Manara and the Role

Manara is expanding its residences team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is seeking a Client Executive Residences. This full-time position is a founding-team hire within a fast-growing company, offering direct involvement in decision-making processes.

Role Overview

As a Client Executive Residences, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including foreign executives relocating to Riyadh, international families, and couples seeking suitable compounds. Your responsibility is to guide them through the city, its communities, and available homes, ensuring a seamless experience from initial viewing to their first coffee in a new kitchen. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients, conduct property viewings, and represent Manara across its residential portfolio.
• Cultivate genuine relationships with clients, property owners, and compound management teams.
• Coordinate effectively between clients, owners, and the internal team from the initial inquiry through to a signed lease.
• Execute follow-up communications with warmth and precision.
• Identify and present new business opportunities to the team.
• Attend evening viewings and weekend meetings as required to accommodate client schedules.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Saudi national with a valid driving license and comfort driving across Riyadh.
• Perfect English is non-negotiable, as clients do not speak Arabic.
• Native or fluent Arabic language proficiency.
• A background of 5-10 years in client-facing roles within hospitality, F&B, aviation, VIP services, luxury retail, or concierge work.
• Demonstrated warmth, polish, and professional presentation, with comfort in meeting senior professionals.
• Highly organised with a strong aptitude for follow-through.
• Real estate experience is considered a plus, but is not a mandatory requirement, as training on the Riyadh market will be provided.

Work Environment and Compensation

The role operates in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment, requiring availability for evening viewings and weekend meetings as needed, with fair compensation provided for these hours. Compensation for this full-time position includes a competitive base salary along with commission on closed leases.
