The Opportunity: Property Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is pivotal in guiding clients through the real estate market, utilizing Wiyyana's advanced tools and expertise to identify, evaluate, and secure optimal property opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in building the future of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate sales cycle, from qualifying prospective clients to successfully closing sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions and opportunities that align with their residential or investment goals.
• Provide expert real estate consultations, organize property tours, and present projects, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Negotiate with clients and oversee all stages of transactions to ensure efficient and smooth completion.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Accurately update client data, sales opportunities, and communication logs within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead quality and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor real estate market trends, pricing, new projects, and competitor activities to provide optimal client advice.
• Represent Wiyyana with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, focusing on delivering an outstanding client experience throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of two to five years in residential real estate sales within Saudi Arabia.
• A strong network of clients, brokers, or real estate developers in Riyadh is considered an advantage.
• A demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High capability in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• A proactive, results-driven personality with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market in Riyadh, including developers and client needs.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
