Clinical Application Specialist

About the Role

Fisheye - Executive Search is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join one of their client's teams in Jeddah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on supporting the growth of the Radiology Solutions portfolio. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

As a Clinical Application Specialist – Radiology Solutions, you will provide clinical application support, customer training, and workflow optimization to healthcare providers. This role involves working with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of radiology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical application support and training for healthcare professionals.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, workflow assessments, and product education sessions.
• Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and clinical discussions.
• Develop relationships with radiologists, clinicians, and end users.
• Identify customer needs and provide application-based recommendations.
• Support customer onboarding and product utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and suppliers to ensure customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Radiologic Technology, or a related Medical/Healthcare discipline.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging procedures, and clinical applications.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to engage with radiologists, technologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with one or more of the following areas: X-Ray Systems, Digital Radiography (DR), Mobile X-Ray Solutions, CT & MRI Solutions, Fluoroscopy Systems, Radiology Workflow Solutions, PACS & Medical Imaging Applications.
