About the Role

Philips Healthcare Saudi Arabia is seeking a Clinical Consultant for Acute Care Informatics (ACI) in the META region. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Ar Riyad, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The role is instrumental in driving the growth of ACI solutions by leveraging product expertise throughout the sales cycle and ensuring effective implementation of ACI business strategies in the field.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Clinical Consultant will provide deep product expertise to prospective customers, helping them understand the value of Philips' ACI solutions. This involves educating account owners and channel partners on product knowledge, with a focus on building customer relationships and achieving business objectives. The position supports the translation of ACI business unit strategy into actionable objectives and ensures relevant sales initiatives are deployed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product growth by providing product expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Offer clinical expertise and support Sales Specialists to secure prospective opportunities for the Acute Care Informatics business.
• Deliver product demonstrations and facilitate in-depth conversations with prospective customers to articulate the product value proposition.
• Advise customers on optimal product configurations to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with non-ACI sellers on co-selling opportunities to extend the full value of the ACI portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers.
• Educate channel partners and non-specialist sellers on the core value proposition of products to support their lead generation and qualification activities.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, ensuring proficiency in Philips' applications and promoting best practices in clinical settings.
• Lead initiatives to optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiencies through advanced application utilization strategies, aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.
• Support the translation of ACI business unit strategy into actionable business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to ensure relevant business unit/product-specific sales initiatives are effectively deployed in the field with customers.
• Effectively support the order funnel to achieve targets and ACI business objectives.
• Maintain seller best practices, including Salesforce utilization and hygiene, to enable effective reporting and forecasting.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated deep product expertise in Acute Care Informatics solutions.
• Ability to educate and build relationships with customers.
• Strong focus on achieving results and business objectives.
• Proficiency in delivering product demonstrations and facilitating in-depth customer conversations.
• Experience in optimizing clinical workflows and operational efficiencies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce utilization for reporting and forecasting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Philips Healthcare Saudi Arabia team. The role involves working closely with sales specialists, channel partners, and regional business unit leaders to achieve ACI business objectives.
