Cluster Manager

About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple retail stores in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in retail management, focusing on achieving quantitative performance measures and ensuring high standards across all assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training needs for store staff, making decisions to enhance overall store performance.
• Orient new employees to Apparel Store Operations and ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve company objectives by ensuring high levels of customer service and maximizing sales through skilled retail staff.
• Represent the brand effectively to maximize sales within stores through exceptional customer service.
• Achieve quantitative performance measures in areas such as units per transaction, average transaction value, sales per month, sales per square foot, sales turnover, shrinkage control, and conversion percentage.
• Set store sales targets to maximize sales and profitability across the cluster.
• Ensure regular scheduled staff meetings are conducted and maintain customer service standards across all stores.
• Enforce loss prevention audit guidelines and create measures to ensure compliance by all employees.
• Oversee the implementation and execution of Visual Merchandising guidelines in all stores.
• Monitor inventory movement and assess additional training needs for optimal store performance.
• Recruit and train staff on sales techniques, customer service, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per company and brand requirements.
• Evaluate employee performance annually and promote open communication through coaching and motivation.
• Interpret and make decisions on operations and visual standards based on store and client needs.
• Communicate business drivers, merchandise and quality issues, and other relevant information to the Retail Operations Manager, Retail Buying Team, and Corporate Office as required.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve quantitative performance targets.
• Proven experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and involves overseeing multiple store locations. The Cluster Manager will work closely with store teams, retail operations, and corporate departments to ensure consistent brand representation and operational excellence.
