Procurement Co-op Internship Overview

MRSOOL is seeking a motivated Procurement Co-op Intern to join its Procurement team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement operations and develop skills within a dynamic work environment. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, providing exposure to industry processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement team with daily operational tasks.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotation follow-ups and delivery tracking.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation is current.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and filing of procurement documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support various procurement activities.
• Learn and apply established procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Procurement team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates with 0-1 years of experience, suitable for an internship or co-op program.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's degree program or a recent graduate.
• Demonstrated motivation to learn about procurement operations.
