About the Role

Arabian Gannas Company is seeking a qualified Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the establishment and operation of a new coffee shop in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to ensure the delivery of an excellent customer experience through efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete establishment and ongoing operation of the coffee shop.
• Ensure the smooth execution of daily operations to achieve high customer satisfaction targets.
• Supervise the coffee shop's workflow to maintain consistent service quality.
• Train and guide the work team, including baristas and service staff.
• Prepare comprehensive employee schedules to meet operational needs.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to management.

Establishment and Operational Management

A key aspect of this role involves the foundational establishment of the coffee shop. This includes the ability to build the operation from the ground up, encompassing the selection of necessary equipment and the fulfillment of all operational requirements. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the coffee shop is fully equipped and ready for service from its inception.

Required Qualifications

• University or college degree equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing coffee shops and their operations.
• Proven experience in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management.
