Commercial Senior Specialist

About the Role

360Solutions is seeking a Commercial Senior Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting commercial management, cost control, procurement, tendering, and risk management across project development. The specialist will ensure compliance with value, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. This includes managing financial aspects, optimizing costs, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within established parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, quantities, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), costs, materials, and finishes.
• Prepare estimates, tender documents, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and commercial evaluations.
• Compare technical and commercial proposals from various vendors.
• Analyze market prices and conduct negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose suitable alternative solutions.
• Support procurement processes, contract management, risk assessment, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, finance, and project teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial management, cost control, procurement, quantity surveying, or project development.
• Experience in real estate development or construction is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering processes, procurement, contracts, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to accurately read drawings and assess quantities, costs, and potential risks.
• Demonstrated experience across the entire project lifecycle, from design and tendering to procurement and execution.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
