The Role

Keeta is seeking a Communications Manager (Consumer Communications) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and executing consumer communications strategies that support business objectives and brand positioning. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer communications strategies that support business objectives, campaigns, and brand positioning.
• Lead the planning and execution of product launches, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and corporate announcements from a consumer communications perspective.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumer, lifestyle, technology, business, and trade media across Saudi Arabia.
• Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase Keeta's impact on consumers, merchants, riders, and local communities.
• Develop press materials including press releases, media pitches, Q&As, key messages, briefing documents, and spokesperson talking points.
• Manage media inquiries and support interviews, media briefings, and press events.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure earned media complements paid and owned campaigns.
• Work with Social Media and Content teams to maximize communications opportunities across owned channels.
• Monitor media trends, competitor activity, and the broader food delivery landscape to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage communications agencies to ensure high-quality execution, reporting, and delivery against agreed KPIs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in communications, with a preference for backgrounds in consumer technology, e-commerce, food delivery, FMCG, retail, or digital platforms.
• Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to shape communications strategy for consumer technology brands.
• Experience with high-impact product launches, partnerships, and national campaigns.
