The Role of Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The primary responsibility involves designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive compliance frameworks and policies. This role ensures alignment with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal control standards, contributing to the company's operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in SAMA regulatory guidelines and assess their potential impact on company operations.
• Update internal procedures and policies as necessary to reflect changes in regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and internal audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Manage and coordinate all required reporting to regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance incidents, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide expert guidance and deliver training sessions to colleagues on various compliance-related topics.
• Collaborate effectively with legal, operations, and product development teams on new initiatives to integrate compliance considerations from inception.
• Support the preparation of all necessary documentation for regulatory inspections and licensing activities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a compliance-focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to the Saudi Arabian market.

Work Environment
