About the Concierge Agent Role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is seeking a Concierge Agent to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest service and support within a luxury hotel environment.

Role Overview

The Concierge Agent is responsible for responding to a wide range of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and providing personalized recommendations and service. The primary goal is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons policies and standards. This role is integral to creating memorable guest experiences at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, an architectural icon located within the Kingdom Tower.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately assess guest needs and requests.
• Provide personalized recommendations and touches to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
• Contribute to creating lasting impressions for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 year of front office or related work experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport is required.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral, is required.
• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Conditions

This role is offered on a local hire basis in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. As the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, Concierge Agents are expected to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. On-the-job training is provided. Current Four Seasons employees, bilingual candidates, and those with prior experience in a luxury hotel environment will receive priority consideration.
