About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Diriyah is seeking a Concierge to join their team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi Nationals with 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on providing exceptional service to residence owners and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to owner and guest requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services such as transportation and reservations, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Addressing unique needs and special requests from owners and guests, ensuring follow-up to promote satisfaction.
• Gathering, summarizing, and providing information about the property and surrounding amenities, including special events and activities.
• Announcing all visitors and contractors to owners before granting access, and permitting entry only to authorized individuals, utilizing the key track system.
• Answering, recording, and processing all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Contacting appropriate individuals or departments to resolve calls, requests, or problems.
• Assisting owners with reservation services (HRS).
• Scheduling elevator usage for owner and tenant move-ins/outs.
• Assisting with Bell/valet services when owners request their vehicles.
• Performing Lobby Ambassador duties.
• Reviewing shift logs and daily memo books, and documenting pertinent information.

Service Standards and Procedures

• Reporting any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management, and completing required safety training.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting proprietary information, and safeguarding company assets.
• Welcoming and acknowledging all owners and guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation.
• Communicating clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Complying with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Adhering to the highest standards of The Ritz-Carlton service excellence.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire work shifts. It also involves the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role within a luxury hotel, luxury residential property, or other high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service and effectively manage owner and guest requests within a luxury service setting.
• No supervisory experience is required.
