About the Consultancy Manager Role

MEDPUSH MENA is seeking a Consultancy Manager (Digital and Offline Media) to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. MEDPUSH MENA is an independent media consultancy operating in the MENA region, with offices in Dubai and Riyadh, dedicated to enhancing campaign effectiveness and maximizing media investment returns for advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

The Consultancy Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing client relationships for assigned accounts, serving as the primary strategic partner.
• Leading, mentoring, and coaching the team to foster high performance and continuous professional development.
• Reviewing the performance of both media and digital campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Developing media and digital strategies, including planning, optimization, and performance enhancement as required.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously developing knowledge of the market, media landscape, and emerging trends, with a strong understanding of data, tools, and platforms relevant to digital planning and buying.
• Demonstrating confidence and sound judgment in decision-making to effectively execute responsibilities and achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in offline media and digital media (planning, optimization, and buying) gained at a leading media or digital agency.
