AREEB is seeking a Consultant, Applications to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Consultant, Applications is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role supports HR and IT service delivery by gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective application solutions, integrations, and process improvements. The consultant provides functional and technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring system reliability and performance, and contributes to application enhancements, testing, reporting, documentation, and the delivery of efficient, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow platform daily, managing users, groups, roles, ACLs, notifications, scheduled jobs, MID Servers, and instance health.
• Maintain the ServiceNow platform through family upgrades, patching, and instance clones.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Catalog items.
• Manage update sets and controlled promotion from sub-production to production environments.
• Administer and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, including HR case management, lifecycle events, Employee Center, knowledge bases, and employee document management, in collaboration with the HR function.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to administer and configure application platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
