About the Role

AREEB is seeking a Consultant, Social Media to manage its daily social media presence and lead content strategy and execution. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The consultant will be responsible for driving positive engagement and achieving target metrics across all platforms while protecting the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day social media presence across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Oversee content planning, community management, influencer activities, and social listening.
• Manage social media, creative, media, and production agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead real-time engagement with audiences and identify relevant trends and cultural opportunities.
• Monitor social media KPIs, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.
• Lead the response to social media issues and crises in coordination with Corporate Communications and Legal.
• Guide agency, community management, and creator teams to deliver against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media, preferably with a consumer, QSR, retail brand, or social/creative agency.
• Saudi National.

Required Skills

• Platforms: Strong experience with Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Social Media: Proven experience in social strategy, content planning, community management, and social listening.
• Influencers: Experience managing influencers/creators and content production.
• Agency Management: Experience managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Crisis Management: Experience handling live issues, complaints, and social media crises.
• Languages: Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi culture, trends, humor, and consumer behavior.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on the Saudi Arabian market. The role involves working with internal teams and external agencies to maintain and enhance the brand's social media presence.
