About the Opportunity

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Content Developer / Copywriter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in content creation, focusing on producing clear, engaging, and on-brand written content in English across various communication channels. The successful candidate will be instrumental in translating complex data and AI concepts into accessible messaging for a broad enterprise audience.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between technical subject matter experts and a diverse enterprise audience. Working closely with Data Science & Governance SMEs and AI SMEs, the Content Developer / Copywriter will ensure that intricate technical concepts are accurately and accessibly communicated. This involves maintaining a consistent tone-of-voice and terminology across all materials to reinforce brand identity and clarity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit a variety of internal and external communications, including newsletters, intranet/SharePoint content, announcements, success stories, and use-case narratives.
• Collaborate with Data Science & Governance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and AI SMEs to ensure technical concepts are rendered accurately and accessibly for the target audience.
• Maintain consistent tone-of-voice and terminology across all written materials to uphold brand standards.
• Provide scripting support for various initiatives, including events, executive briefings, and digital-board messaging.
• Prepare comprehensive copy briefs for visual assets, collaborating with relevant brand and creative functions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in content development or copywriting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating corporate or internal content across various digital channels.
• Proven experience in simplifying complex technical or regulatory subject matter is preferred.
• Exceptional editorial accuracy and a demonstrated ability to maintain brand and tone consistency across all communications.
