Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a Control & Reporting Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the business by maintaining the Inventory to Costing, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Procure to Pay functions, ensuring accurate and timely information for management. The manager will facilitate assessments and performance reviews to identify key issues within the P2P, I2C, and FA cycles, and develop corrective action plans. Additionally, the role assists the Controller in providing effective accounting support for business issues and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard company assets, including inventories and fixed assets, by maintaining a strong internal control environment and implementing efficient financial systems.
  • Implement and sustain the company's P2P, FA, I2C, and HR cycles, and assist the Controller with accounting support for business initiatives.
  • Support management in monitoring key risks associated with P2P, FA, and I2C cycles, providing practical mitigation solutions.
  • Monitor and report on Accounts Payable, Inventory, Costing, and Fixed Assets.
  • Sustain and enhance internal controls within each cycle on a timely basis.
  • Ensure control execution aligns with PepsiCo's internal control framework (GCS *, partnering with Business Process Owners (BPO) and Control Owners (CO) in GCS and fraud risk assessment, self-testing, and remediation.
  • Support external and internal audits for costing, AP, FA, and payroll-related requests.
  • Ensure business compliance with statutory, legal, and taxation requirements, PepsiCo corporate and local policies, and ethical business practices.
  • Highlight financial risks and opportunities to the MU Controller, stakeholders, and finance planning function.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and SOA, enforcing their execution.
  • Provide technical control guidance across all relevant cycles.
  • Ensure all company assets are adequately safeguarded through complete and up-to-date insurance policies.
  • Follow company policies regarding recording and applying checklists.
  • Provide support to Supply Chain, Global Procurements, and other relevant functions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
