Corporate Sales & Services Officer

About the Role

Bank of Jordan (KSA) is seeking a Corporate Sales & Services Officer to join its Corporate Banking team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves providing high-quality banking services to corporate clients, supporting their banking needs, and strengthening client relationships.

Role Purpose

The Corporate Sales & Services Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, promoting the Bank's products, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role focuses on supporting corporate clients and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day banking services and support to corporate clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers.
• Promote the Bank's products and services and identify business opportunities.
• Support account opening, account maintenance, and customer documentation processes.
• Process corporate banking requests, including transfers, salary files, and banking instructions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Encourage clients to utilize the Bank's digital banking channels.
• Conduct client visits when required.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, preferably within Corporate Banking or Corporate Customer Service.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of corporate banking products and services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
