Appointment

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and related food items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.
Develop new burger concepts and seasonal menu items that appeal to the Saudi market.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation of all items.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient ingredient use.
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.
Train and supervise junior staff when necessary.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are maintained and organized.

Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Burger Chef with hands-on experience in the Saudi market.
Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Attention to detail and creativity in presentation and flavor development.

Portfolio Requirement:
Applicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous work including high-quality photos, menus, concept work, or samples of signature products. Experience with restaurants, hotels, or burger brands in KSA is highly preferred.
