Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Providing professional customer service with product explanations and offering appropriate service based on customer needs.

  • Achieving or exceeding individual sales goals and contributing to store objectives.

  • Representing the Red Cactus brand positively and professionally.

  • Committing to the training and development required by the company.

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures and reporting any observations to management.

  • Assisting in arranging displays, visual marketing, and restocking products.

  • Participating in inventory counts as requested.

  • Executing sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

  • Committing to personal appearance, cleanliness, and work schedules.

  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned.

  • Required Skills and Experience

    • Minimum of two years experience in retail or customer service.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    • Experience in makeup artistry (a plus).

    • Flexibility in work hours.

  • Represent Sabbar in meetings, industry events, and market forum discussions to expand brand presence and enterprise awareness.
