Key Responsibilities

The Country Manager will be responsible for market strategy, revenue growth, customer relationships, and overall commercial execution across the region. This role acts as the senior commercial representative for the business in Saudi Arabia.

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
• Identify new market opportunities, refine segmentation strategy, and establish a clear path to sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and emerging customer segments.
• Manage full responsibility for revenue performance in Saudi Arabia, including pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, disciplined deal execution, and leading high-value strategic customer engagements.
• Build a commercial organization by recruiting, developing, and retaining sales talent, fostering a high-accountability and high-performance culture.
• Coach managers and senior individual contributors, set clear performance expectations, and create development pathways.
• Represent the business externally in Saudi Arabia through customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships to establish market leadership.
