Country Manager

About the Role

GRG is seeking a Country Manager to lead new retail operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the establishment and management of multiple retail stores within the country, with a focus on the electronics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the start-up phase for new retail operations across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
• Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team to achieve operational objectives.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial approach who also possesses a strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust commercial and sales capabilities, coupled with a keen understanding of margins.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen.
• Proficiency in managing P&L.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple retail store operations effectively.
• Understanding of distributor and retailer dynamics.
• Knowledge of product movement within the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of the electronics sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Good understanding of relationships with major principal players in the electronics industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team.
