About the Role

mhazam is seeking a Creative Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for driving innovation and shaping the brand's visual identity across all platforms. The Creative Director will lead the development of compelling concepts and visual narratives to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

Role Overview

This role involves overseeing the entire creative process, from initial briefing and ideation through to final execution and delivery. The Creative Director will translate mhzam's strategic objectives into engaging creative solutions, ensuring all work adheres to brand standards and contributes to overall business goals. Collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative concepts and visual narratives for brand campaigns across digital channels and offline touchpoints.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, including briefing, brainstorming, execution, and final delivery of all creative assets.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with mhzam’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Guide and mentor designers and other creative team members, providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing studio environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • Present and defend creative concepts effectively to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Maintain consistent quality and adherence to timelines across all projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Creative Direction and developing Creative Strategies to lead campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strong Branding and Art Direction capabilities to shape and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, with hands-on experience using industry-standard design tools.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing concept development, brand systems, and multi-channel campaign work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to non-design stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize multiple projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
