About the Role

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join its Finance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing the hotel's credit policies and procedures, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts, and minimizing bad debt exposure. The Credit Manager will play a key role in safeguarding the hotel's financial interests while supporting business growth.

Position Summary

The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's credit and collection processes. This includes reviewing and approving credit applications, monitoring accounts receivable aging, and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding balances. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and business partners while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the hotel's credit and collection processes.
• Review, assess, and approve credit applications in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and reduce bad debt risk.
• Reconcile disputed accounts and resolve billing issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Prepare regular credit and collection reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and documentation.
• Liaise with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure proper credit control.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a credit management role, preferably within the hospitality sector. The role requires a strong understanding of credit policies, collection procedures, and financial reporting.
