CSP Specialist (Channel Service Partner)

About the Role

iMile Logistics Company is seeking a CSP Specialist (Channel Service Partner) to manage daily CSP operations and maintain partner relationships in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The CSP Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operational efficiency of Channel Service Partners. This involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development and onboarding of new CSPs to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CSP KPIs and overall operational performance.
• Analyze underperforming Zones and Delivery Agents (DAs) and implement strategies for improvement.
• Follow up on critical KPIs including OFD (Out for Delivery), DPD (Delivered Per Day), SPR (Successful Pickup Rate), COD (Cash on Delivery), Reverse Logistics, and customer complaints.
• Conduct regular visits to CSP stations to assess on-site operations and compliance.
• Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming CSPs, ensuring timely follow-up on implementation.
• Support the development, onboarding, and daily operational management of new CSPs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and improve operational performance.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and address performance gaps.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625.
