Logistics Executive Delivery Partner Management

About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Logistics Executive for the Delivery Partner Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing Amazon's Delivery Service Partners, serving as the primary liaison between partners and Amazon to ensure operational efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and challenges within transportation operations, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose areas for improvement.
• Map business requirements, comprehend business processes, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improvements.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of industry practices and apply this understanding to solve business problems.

Daily Operations

• Monitor the operational performance of the delivery program.
• Manage network compliance scores for assigned accounts.
• Track the capacity reliability of delivery partners.
• Launch new projects or services through coordination with stakeholders and on-ground partners.
• Engage with partners through regular or ad-hoc meetings to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to resolve issues.

About the Team

The Delivery Partner Management team at Amazon is responsible for overseeing all Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across networks in the region. The team manages the DSP relationship throughout the entire business lifecycle, acting as advisors to help DSPs address challenges, influence business planning and strategy, identify obstacles, and recommend solutions. This ensures DSP owners make effective business decisions and are positioned for success.
