Role Overview: Logistics Executive, Delivery Partner Management

The Logistics Executive will join the Delivery Partner Management team, serving as the primary link between delivery partners and the company. This role involves managing all Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across networks within the region, overseeing the entire lifecycle of these business relationships. The executive will act as a trusted advisor, addressing challenges, influencing business planning, identifying obstacles, and recommending solutions to ensure DSPs make effective business decisions and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and challenges within transportation operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses to suggest improvements.
• Map business requirements, comprehend business processes, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improvement, utilizing a data-driven approach.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of industry practices through deep dives and apply this knowledge to solve business problems.

Daily Activities

• Monitor the operational performance of the program.
• Manage network compliance scores for associated accounts.
• Track the capacity reliability of partners.
• Launch new projects or services through coordination with stakeholders and on-ground partners.
• Engage with partners through regular or ad-hoc interactions to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and DSPs to resolve issues.
