Logistics Executive Delivery Partner Management

About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading - G11 is seeking a Logistics Executive, Delivery Partner Management to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing Delivery Service Partners and serving as the primary liaison between partners and Amazon. The Logistics Executive will contribute to ensuring effective business decisions and partner success within the network.

Role Context and Team

The Delivery Partner Management team is responsible for overseeing all Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across various networks. This includes managing the DSP relationship throughout its lifecycle. Team members act as advisors, addressing challenges, influencing business planning and strategy, identifying obstacles, and recommending solutions to support DSP owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and challenges within transportation operations, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose improvements.
• Map business requirements, analyze business processes and workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of industry practices and apply this knowledge to solve business problems.

Daily Operations

• Monitor the operational performance of the program.
• Manage network compliance scores for assigned accounts.
• Track the capacity reliability of delivery partners.
• Launch new projects or services through coordination with stakeholders and on-ground partners.
• Engage with partners through regular or ad-hoc meetings to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and DSPs to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
