Customer Service Adviser

About the Role

National Parcel Stations Network | Parcelat is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly and professionally. The Customer Service Adviser acts as a primary representative of the company, offering support and information on assigned services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through various channels including calls, email, social media, and online chat to provide support and information regarding assigned services.
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns effectively.
• Maintain customer accounts and detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
• Utilize knowledge of specific services or areas of expertise to answer inquiries or forward them to the appropriate staff members.
• Perform other related technical duties as assigned by the operation team.
• Follow up on customer requests or complaints with other departments to ensure resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information System Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the logistics industry.
• Knowledge of Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk systems, or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn company services and work processes.
• Ability to work in shifts.
