Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Shift4 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing support and assistance to customers, primarily focusing on inquiries related to Tax Free Shopping and related services. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role and a strong commitment to service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email, in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist travelers with questions regarding Tax Free Shopping, refunds, transactions, and associated services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate information and clear guidance to customers, adhering to company procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to address and resolve complex customer cases.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding cases to ensure resolution.
• Meet individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service, quality standards, and response-time targets.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to contribute to process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, which may include weekends or evenings as required.
