Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Thawd Security. The position requires a proactive approach to client engagement and a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs within the cybersecurity landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients within the enterprise and government sectors.
• Present and explain Thawd’s cybersecurity solutions to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and respond to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends (training will be provided).
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
