About the Role

King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital (KKESH) in Riyadh is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join its team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves promoting the hospital's mission and philosophy through professional conduct and adherence to expected standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information security and governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Deploy, configure, and manage security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
• Implement secure configurations, encryption protocols, and patch management processes.
• Manage user identities and access controls to ensure secure authentication and authorization.
• Continuously monitor systems, networks, and applications for potential threats and suspicious activities.
• Utilize monitoring tools to detect and analyze security events.
• Maintain detailed security logs and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance.
• Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and breaches.
• Conduct investigations to determine the source, scope, and impact of incidents.
• Document incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify weaknesses.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of security policies, incidents, and controls.
• Prepare and present regular security status and risk reports to management.
• Perform all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
• Perform all other related duties as required or assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in managing security tools and systems.
