About the Role

Solenis is seeking a Dairy Sector Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing assigned accounts with a primary focus on delivering value to customers through technical service and identifying new product opportunities within existing accounts. The specialist will work to maintain revenue, capture pricing, and improve gross profit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned account or group of accounts.
• Provide technical service to create value for assigned customers.
• Identify new product opportunities and drive sales to existing customers.
• Focus on maintaining revenue and capturing appropriate pricing.
• Work towards improving gross profit for assigned accounts.
• Pursue new business opportunities where appropriate, though this is not the primary responsibility.

Job Complexity and Impact

This role involves independently performing non-routine and moderately complex assignments. The specialist will research assignments, process and analyze data, and may develop recommendations. Competent use of computers and other systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data is required. The impact of this role may affect the work of others and, if not addressed, could have a negative impact at the section level. The specialist contributes to and supports the completion of major organizational activities.

Required Knowledge

The position requires considerable knowledge of the job, including a complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general aspects and technical phases of the role. This includes practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered within the dairy sector.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a Scientific background.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Dairy & Food manufacturing industries.
• Experience range: 5-10 years.
