Solenis is seeking a Dairy Sector Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on managing client accounts within the dairy sector, ensuring value creation through technical service and identifying new product opportunities.

Role Overview

The Dairy Sector Specialist is responsible for managing an assigned account or group of accounts. The primary objective is to create value for customers by providing technical service and identifying opportunities for new product sales within existing accounts. This role primarily focuses on maintaining revenue, capturing pricing, and improving gross profit. While the specialist may engage in new business acquisition when appropriate, it is not the core responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts within the dairy sector.
• Provide technical service to customers to ensure value creation.
• Identify and pursue new product opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Maintain revenue and ensure effective price capture for assigned accounts.
• Work to improve gross profit margins.
• Engage in new business development activities as secondary assignments, where applicable.

Job Complexity and Impact

This role involves independently performing non-routine and moderately complex assignments. The specialist will research assignments, process and analyze data, and may develop recommendations. Proficiency in using computers and other systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data is required. The work performed can affect the work of others and, if errors occur, could have a negative impact at the section level. The specialist contributes to and supports the completion of major organizational activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and provide technical service.
• Experience in identifying and selling new product opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills for data processing and recommendation development.
