Data Analyst II

About the Role

Delivery Hero is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the product development lifecycle by analyzing data, understanding user needs, and providing actionable insights to optimize product performance. The Data Analyst II will collaborate with various teams to translate data into meaningful insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product and business data to identify growth drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop analyses, reports, and interactive dashboards for business teams and stakeholders.
• Utilize quantitative analysis to uncover insights and guide Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers in product development.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from sources such as BigQuery, Redshift, and PostgreSQL.
• Employ SQL (BigQuery) and Python or R for extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including defining hypotheses, setting up experiments, and evaluating results using statistical methods.
• Manage data projects from initial collection through to operationalization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Cloud, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar visualization platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data and analytical processes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant data analysis role.

Team Collaboration

This role involves close collaboration with Product, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, Logistics/Operations, and Growth teams to ensure data insights are integrated across business functions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on supporting various business units within Delivery Hero.
