Data Analyst

About the Role

Namaa Partners is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to an operating performance project with a corporate group in the Kingdom, as well as subsequent engagements. The role involves transforming client data into actionable insights for management consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data extracts from clients' finance, HR, and operations systems, and verify them for completeness and accuracy.
• Clean, join, and reshape data using Excel, SQL, or Python to enable comparisons across business units and years.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that visualize agreed-upon performance measures for each engagement.
• Prepare concise notes explaining changes in numerical data and their underlying reasons.
• Document all data sources, assumptions, and adjustments to ensure traceability and auditability of work.

Required Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time, remote position based from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work closely with a team primarily located in Oklahoma City, which operates eight to nine hours behind Riyadh. This time difference may necessitate some calls towards the end of the working day. Compensation for this role will be paid monthly in Saudi riyals.
